Moderator – Michelle Mawby
Michelle Mawby is principal designer at Lucid Interior Design Inc., a Toronto based multi-disciplinary interior design firm. Michelle grew up in Vancouver has lived and worked in Amsterdam, London, England, California and Toronto. She is currently renovating a century home in Toronto while constantly adding to her vast shoe collection.
Michelle was the host of Weekend Reno for Cottage Life Network where she and her team make a cottager’s dream come true in a weekend. She was the Resident Design Expert for CTV’s Marilyn Denis Show & a frequent guest expert on CBC’s Steven & Chris where she shares her knowledge and love of design and decorating with the country. She rolled up her sleeves in Discovery Channel’s experimental green TV show Junk Raiders where she lent her creativity to upcycle discarded treasure to design a live/work loft & a restaurant from free-cycled items.
Michelle is a trained, professional interior designer, ARIDO design award winner, former Contributing Editor for Renovation & Décor magazine, and is Building Code Certified. She is a member of ARIDO, IIDA, and NKBA. Michelle formerly worked in the advertising field before attending design school. She trained at the Academy of Design for Interior Design and received her B.A. in English literature with a minor in Theatre as a scholarship athlete & musician at Fresno Pacific University in California.
Anna Binetti holds 30 years of industry experience with accolades from premium brand appliance manufacturers. Binetti sat on the NKBA executive board from 2007-2014, and has been an active NKBA member since 2002. She is the Showroom Director for Tasco Appliances.
Alexandra Klich, CKD, BA is a Certified NKBA Kitchen Designer with 22 years of experience and owner of A Very Fine House which focuses on sustainable design and cabinetry to the residential market.
A graduate of the Interior Design program at Sheridan College, Amy Dillon has over 15 years of kitchen design experience and is an NKBA design award winner. Amy has worked for AyA Kitchens since 2006 and currently runs their Castlefield showroom in the Castlefield Design District.
Carmen is currently an Account Executive for Watermarks Kitchen & Bath Boutique. Carmen brings with her, an extensive background in retail marketing and sales, servicing the Interior Design and affiliated industries for over 25 years.
Daniel de Oliveira
Daniel de Oliveira, project manager at Men at Work since 2012, specialising in residential remodelling. Bachelor degree in Engineering with a postgrad in Project Management.

With over 10 years in the stone industry and 15 years in consumer sales/brand development, Sara possesses extensive knowledge of the fabrication and installation techniques required to meet the innovative designs demanded in today’s marketplace. Sara works at Ceragres.
